What happens if I ask a Question to someone without the app?

If you ask a question to someone without the GroupMe app, they will receive the question via an SMS text message.
They can respond to the question and their response will post to the chat, but they won't receive any further updates unless they JOIN the group. GroupMe will text them Instructions to join in. #)
