My push notifications don't seem to be working.

Are your push notifications not coming through on iPhone?

Here are a few steps that might fix the issue:

  1. Head over to your iPhone General Settings and tap Notifications>GroupMe>and make sure all switches are "ON"
  2. Go to your GroupMe settings by opening the GroupMe app and tapping on the gear in the top left corner. From there, toggle "Push" off and back on.
  3. If it's still not working, log out of the app and back in. You can do this by going to the gear icon from the group listing and tapping "log out". Authenticate the app again.
