Is Groupme acting totally weird on your BlackBerry? Are you going crazy trying to find the problem? Try these basic troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure you are using the most up to date version of the BlackBerry app
2. - Go to Settings in the main menu of the GroupMe app.
- Select SMS from the toggle between SMS and In-app
- Press back/escape and save.
- Go back into Settings and select In-app again, and save.
3. -In GroupMe on the device, hit the Menu key and select Settings
-On the Settings screen, select the Menu key again and select About
-Select Reset Token and confirm by saying Yes in the resulting pop-up.
4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
5. Restart your phone
Note: The GroupMe for BlackBerry app is generally compatible with devices running BlackBerry OS 5.0 or greater.
