UPDATE: We have a known issue with some users, even on supported international carriers not receiving PIN codes.
We're aware of the issue and working hard to find a fix, but it might take some time. Stay tuned. We can't wait for you to use GroupMe and we'll let you know when you can receive a PIN again. Please note that currently we can only send PINs via SMS, because the purpose is to securely verify your phone number.
