Is GroupMe lagging or freezing?
- Make sure you're using the latest version of GroupMe. Check the app store to see if there are any updates.
Is GroupMe doing things it never did before?
- Try logging out and back into the app.
- Check the app settings from the main menu. Make sure your preferences for Message Delivery, Notifications & Contacts have not been reset during a recent update.
Is GroupMe crashing?
- Force the app to close: Tap and hold the back button, then tap the X at the top left.
- Try restarting your phone.
- Try reinstalling GroupMe.
