What information do I need to include when I contact Customer Services?
When sending an email to us, please provide the following information:
- The group ID & group name (if your request is to do with a specific group).
- The email address you registered with.
- The phone number you registered with (include the country code).
- The exact purpose of your request.
For example, if you want to change your phone number, tell us what your registered phone number is and the number you want to change it to.
If you don't know some of the above information, please provide as much detail as possible.
